In 2006 Mr. McDonnell expanded his real estate business and began assisting investors in purchasing land in North Carolina. Over the past year he has forged relationships with real estate professional in the Inner Banks and has acquired a detailed understanding of the local market.
Ryan D. McDonnell
Mr. McDonnell comes to the real estate business with a background in accounting and financial consulting. In addition to his recent experience as a co-founder and managing broker of Precision Properties (www.p-properties.com), a real estate brokerage and development firm in the Boston area, Mr. McDonnell has experience in commercial real estate as an analyst for a prominent development firm in Boston. Mr. McDonnell also holds an inactive certified public accountant license and has over ten years experience as a consultant to private and public companies. Mr. McDonnell brings a career in client service and an analytical and financial approach to real estate sales and development.
